The Challenge

When this skilled-care facility’s service provider left the newly formed regional chain with excessive downtime, high operational costs, and a frustrated staff, the client called on iwerk to smooth things out. With more than 2,000 employees, 16 locations, a burgeoning patient population, and a growing dependency on technology, the need to have a solid, scalable and well-supported IT environment was critical. The prescription? Re-design, implement and support a network to smooth out operations.

How We Did It

By properly designing the IT infrastructure, iwerk was able to administer the network in a cost-effective manner while improving response times for support requests. This client also utilizes additional support from iwerk for IT projects, paying for additional support only when needed. The client is now able to put in service requests through our customer service portal or call our team directly whenever an issue occurs.
