The Challenge

In 2016, BIGGBY reimagined their branding, coming up with its new snappy brand statement and public slogan, "We Exist to Love People." They wanted this new branding to translate into a website built expressly for this purpose. The friendly folks at BIGGBY also knew it was important to create a buzz in the community, not just for customers, but for potential franchisees too. The challenge? Develop a responsive CMS-based platform to educate its fan-base and streamline the store-owner application process. With coffee - only BIGGBY of course - in hand, the iwerk team started percolating on a solution BIGGBY would love a latte.

What We Did

Working in tandem with longtime partner and creative geniuses over at Octane Design, we delivered a customer-friendly, fully responsive website focused on driving traffic, and potential partners, to its 260+ stores.

How We Did It

BIGGBY.com is built on a customized mobile-friendly content handling system making the site responsive, streamlined and easy to update.The site also boasts social media integration, a store locator, online drink menu with drink-customizing capability and real-time nutritional information. On the back-end, iwerk created two-factor authentication, reporting tools, results filtering/sorting, FTP access, analytics and more. For the team at BIGGBY, words cannot espresso how much this new platform has meant to the success of its business.
