Jeff Shanahan joined the technician team in early 2003. He offers over 9 years of computer and network administration experience that originated in the US Navy. His information technology experience includes administering and supporting Windows and Exchange servers, PCs and various types of networking equipment. Jeff works to coordinate technicians, scope out projects and provide consultation on incorporating clients’ business initiatives with current technology. He is committed to bringing iwerk’s pledge of maintaining a high-level of customer satisfaction to all clients.
