David has been working in web development and database administration for over 8 years, with a focus on fully translating corporate business processes into custom-written software. In his previous position, he successfully designed, developed and maintained a corporate-wide intranet which provided functionality across the company including technical issue tracking, scheduling, sales forecasting and accounting, among other features. He was also involved in the development of a custom network monitoring and management solution that provided real-time notification of trouble on client networks. In addition, he has experience as a field technician, working on a variety of workstation and server platforms, as well as a wide range of Microsoft software packages. This background gives David extra insight into the underlying networks that ultimately deliver the software he develops for the end-user. David brings this wide range of skills to iwerk. As a senior developer he leads projects and is a great resource, sharing his expertise with others and aiding team members in their development.
